James M. “Jay” Stacy Leominster, Mass Jay worked as a Sheet Metal Fabricator for NorthStar Construction in Leominster for his last four years James M. “Jay” Stacy, 40, of 180 Johnson St., died Friday morning, Feb. 10, 2006 in Marlborough, from injuries he received from an accidental fall at work. He was born in Springfield, Vt. on Jan. 19, 1966, and was a lifelong resident of Leominster. He graduated from Leominster Trade High School in 1984.
