(Hembrow) Hickey-Boissoneau

Sandra P. (Hembrow) Hickey-Boissoneau, 61, of 220
Merriam Ave., Leominster, died Sunday, Aug. 20, in
HealthAlliance/Leominster Hospital. She was born on Sept. 15, 1944 in
Leominster, the daughter of Robert and Margaret (Laudon) Hembrow.
After graduating from Leo’s Beauty Institute, she
opened Shear Perfection, and was the owner and operator of the salon for
40 years. She was a member of St. Anna Parish in Leominster, the
Leominster Art Association and Wachusett Ski Club.
Mrs. Hickey-Boissoneau is survived by her husband,
Robert L. “Larry” Boissoneau, of Leominster; two sons, Dean J. Hickey of
Shrewsbury and Jason T. Hickey of Palm Springs, Calif.; two daughters,
Kelly A. Marciano and Bethann Hickey, both of Leominster; two stepsons,
Lawrence Boissoneau of New Hampshire, and Robert Boissoneau of Leominster;
a stepdaughter, Leslie Foster, of Leominster; one brother, Robert Hembrow,
of Fitchburg; and 14 grandchildren. |

James D. Salvi
1943 - 2006
James “Jim” D. Salvi, 62, of 4 Anthony Road, died Thursday, July 14, in
his home after an illness.
Born May 26, 1943 in Leominster, he was the son of the late Europeo and
Eda (Tocci) Salvi. for Digital. He also owned Salvi’s Barber Shop in
Leominster with his father and continued to enjoy barbering after he sold
the shop.
He is survived by Mary (Champagne) Salvi; his wife of 35 years, his
children Scott Salvi and Lisa Falk of Leominster; his brother, Richard
Salvi, his two sisters, Carol Serafini and Marcia Keogh, all of
Leominster; his grandchildren, Caulin and Colby Falk, and Madelyn Gracie
Salvi; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held July 18 at the Brandon Funeral Home and he was
buried in St. Leo’s Cemetery. |

(Briscoe) Therrien

Mary J. (Briscoe) Therrien, 63, of 21 Old Brook
Road, Leominster, died Sunday Jan. 13, 2008 in her home surrounded by her
family. She was born on July 10, 1944 in Omaha, Neb., and was the daughter
of Robert L. and Josephine (Urban) Briscoe.
Mary earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Administration from Worcester State College. She worked for H&R Block for
25 years starting in Leominster before becoming the assistant district
manager and working in Worcester. She loved to travel and enjoyed her
weekends at the campground.
She is survived by her father, Robert L. Briscoe of
Lunenburg; her husband of 37 years, Raymond H. Therrien of Leominster; a
son, Matthew Therrien and his wife Chaba of Easthampton; a sister,
Elizabeth Raikowski of Leominster; a grandchild, Emerson Therrien; many
nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by two children, Mark Therrien
and Karen Therrien.
The funeral was be held on Thursday Jan. 17, 2008
from the Wright-Roy Funeral Home 109 West St., in Leominster, and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
